Exercise and education wellness program

  • We will be assisting you with different exercises and progression levels. The exercise that you do will be based off each individual and their abilities. We will start at your fitness level and progress from there. Some of the exercise equipment that we can use includes walking on a treadmill, bikes, seated steppers, and weight training. Blood pressure and heart rates will be monitored as you go through different exercises. Your exercise session will be scheduled for one hour.

  • The three categories of education include nutrition (teaching, label reading, cooking demonstrations, etc.), exercise (building your action plan, balance, strength, etc.), and healthy mindset (stress, healthy sleep, etc.).

    Education will be scheduled before or after your exercise session and last about 40 minutes.

  • Do you have cardiac risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, family history of heart disease and/or are overweight?

    Do you want to learn about healthy lifestyles and get into an exercise routine?

    Our goal for this program is to help you learn healthy habits, promote a healthy lifestyle, and gain self-confidence.
